More InformationANIMAL INSIDE OUT – The BODY WORLDS exhibition of animals offers a fascinating look into the hidden inner structure of animals, without feathers, fur, or skin. Visitors encounter over 100 exhibits, from a tiny mouse to a 6-meter-tall giraffe, in a journey through the animal body that reveals how animals live, breathe, move, swim, fly, and feel.
A standout highlight is elephant cow “Samba”, which measures 6 meters in length and 3.50 meters in height, making it the largest plastinated living being ever created.

Fees: Additional fees may apply for online or telephone orders.
*Concessions: Only on presentation of a valid ID: school pupils, trainees over 18, students up to 30 years, volunteers and military service personnel, senior citizens 65+, disabled persons (50% disability or more).
**Pupils in class: Applies to general education schools, vocational schools, and trade schools.
Free admission: Teachers and trainee teachers (with verification), companions of disabled visitors (with “B” ID), body donors of the Institute for Plastination, infants (0–6), members of the press.
Time-Slot Ticket
Time slot tickets are offered to ensure a pleasant visit without long waiting times. These allow access within the booked time slot. The length of stay is unlimited. Book online and receive a price advantage on all ticket categories. A limited number of tickets are also available at the box office.
Flex / Gift Ticket
Stay flexible or give away tickets without a time limit. With the flex/gift ticket, a one-time visit is possible at any time during opening hours.
